摘要:

欧洲、美国、日本已开展蒸汽温度为700 °C 及以上的先进超超临界(A-USC) 发电厂用材料开发项目,以实现更高能效和低二氧化碳排放量。近年来中国、印度等也开展了上述项目的开发和研究。这些项目涉及采用镍基合金更换马氏体9%~12%Cr 钢以用于最高温度的锅炉和涡轮部件,从而在700 °C 及以上温度下提供充足的蠕变强度。为尽量减少对昂贵的镍基合金的需求,马氏体9%~12%Cr 钢可用于A-USC 电厂中的次高温部件(最高温度不超过650 °C)。

摘要:

具有四方ThMn<sub>12sub>型结构的富铁化合有潜力满足当下人们对于高磁能积、工作温度为150~200 ℃的贫稀土永磁体的需求。近年来,随着以含少量结构稳定元素(如SmFe<sub>11sub>V或Sm<sub>0.8sub>Zr<sub>0.2sub>Fe<sub>9.2sub>Co<sub>2.3sub>Ti<sub>0.5sub>)或者不含该类元素的材料(如SmFe<sub>9.6sub>Co<sub>2.4sub>薄膜)为基础所合成的具有优异内禀磁性化合研究的突破,这一差距进一步扩大。在日益强大的理论计算的帮助下,人们对于理想的化合的探寻从未停步。遗憾的是,基于聚合键合填隙改性粉末的磁体的研究仍然处于边缘阶段。,Sm)(Fe,Ti)<sub>12sub>合金中也可以实现。

Cu-doped Bi/Bi<sub>2sub>WO<sub>6sub> catalysts for efficient N<sub>2sub> fixation by photocatalysis

摘要: In this paper, Cu-doped Bi2WO6 was synthesized via a solvothermal method and applied it in photocatalytic N2 immobilization. Characterization results showed the presence of a small amount of metallic Bi in the photocatalyst, indicating that the synthesized photocatalyst is actually Bi/Cu-Bi2WO6 composite. The doped Cu had a valence state of +2 and most likely substituted the position of Bi3+. The introduced Cu did not affect the metallic Bi content, but mainly influenced the energy band structure of Bi2WO6. The band gap was slightly narrowed, the conduction band was elevated, and the work function was reduced. The reduced work function improved the transfer and separation of charge carriers, which mainly caused the increased photoactivity. The optimized NH3 generation rates of Bi/Cu-Bi2WO6 reached 624 and 243 μmol·L–1·g–1·h–1 under simulated solar and visible light, and these values were approximately 2.8 and 5.9 times higher those of Bi/Bi2WO6, respectively. This research provides a method for improving the photocatalytic N2 fixation and may provide more information on the design and preparation of heteroatom-doped semiconductor photocatalysts for N2-to-NH3 conversion.

All-inorganic TiO/CsAgBiBr composite as highly efficient photocatalyst under visible light irradiation

摘要: In recent years, limited photocatalysis efficiency and wide band gap have hindered the application of TiO2 in the field of photocatalysis. A leading star in photocatalysis has been revealed as lead-free Cs2AgBiBr6 double halide perovskite nanocrystals, owing to its strong visible light absorption and tunable band gap. In this work, this photocatalytic process was facilitated by a unique TiO2/Cs2AgBiBr6 composite, which was identified as an S-cheme heterojunction. TiO2/Cs2AgBiBr6 composite was investigated for its structure and photocatalytic behavior. The results showed that when the perovskite dosage is 40%, the photocatalytic rate of TiO2 could be boosted to 0.1369 min–1. This paper discusses and proposes the band gap matching, carrier separation, and photocatalytic mechanism of TiO2/Cs2AgBiBr6 composites, which will facilitate the generation of new ideas for improving TiO2’s photocatalytic performance.

A density functional theory study of methane activation on MgO supported NiM cluster: role of M on C–H

摘要: Methane activation is a pivotal step in the application of natural gas converting into high-value added chemicals via methane steam/dry reforming reactions. Ni element was found to be the most widely used catalyst. In present work, methane activation on MgO supported Ni–M (M = Fe, Co, Cu, Pd, Pt) cluster was explored through detailed density functional theory calculations, compared to pure Ni cluster. CH4 adsorption on Cu promoted Ni cluster requires overcoming an energy of 0.07 eV, indicating that it is slightly endothermic and unfavored to occur, while the adsorption energies of other promoters M (M = Fe, Co, Pd and Pt) are all higher than that of pure Ni cluster. The role of M on the first C–H bond cleavage of CH4 was investigated. Doping elements of the same period in Ni cluster, such as Fe, Co and Cu, for C–H bond activation follows the trend of the decrease of metal atom radius. As a result, Ni–Fe shows the best ability for C–H bond cleavage. In addition, doping the elements of the same family, like Pd and Pt, for CH4 activation is according to the increase of metal atom radius. Consequently, C–H bond activation demands a lower energy barrier on Ni–Pt cluster. To illustrate the adsorptive dissociation behaviors of CH4 at different Ni–M clusters, the Mulliken atomic charge was analyzed. In general, the electron gain of CH4 binding at different Ni–M clusters follows the sequence of Ni–Cu (–0.02 e) < Ni (–0.04 e) < Ni–Pd (–0.08 e) < Ni–Pt (–0.09 e) < Ni–Co (–0.10 e) < Ni–Fe (–0.12 e), and the binding strength between catalysts and CH 4 raises with the CH4 electron gain increasing. This work provides insights into understanding the role of promoter metal M on thermal-catalytic activation of CH4 over Ni/MgO catalysts, and is useful to interpret the reaction at an atomic scale.

Al<sub>2sub>O<sub>3sub>-M<sub>xsub>O<sub>ysub>硬面陶瓷涂层的喷焊制备及性能研究

摘要:

在碳钢母材上,用氧乙炔焰喷焊镍包铝合金粉末制取预涂层,喷焊50% Al<sub>2sub>O<sub>3sub>+50% Ni的复合粉末制取过渡层,用等离子喷焊Al<sub>2sub>O<sub>3sub> - M<sub>xsub>O<sub>ysub>复合粉末制取最终涂层。在质量分数为60%的硫酸与磷矿粉组成的混合介质(质量比为6∶4)中运转,所获得涂层的抗腐抗磨能力为18-8不锈钢的7.46倍,为德产316L不锈钢的4.06倍。

Piezocatalytic performance of FeO−BiMoO catalyst for dye degradation

摘要: A Fe2O3−Bi2MoO6 heterojunction was synthesized via a hydrothermal method. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray, powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and ultra-violet−visible near-infrared spectrometry were performed to measure the structures, morphologies and optical properties of the as-prepared samples. The various factors that affected the piezocatalytic property of composite catalyst were studied. The highest rhodamine B degradation rate of 96.6% was attained on the 3% Fe2O3−Bi2MoO6 composite catalyst under 60 min of ultrasonic vibration. The good piezocatalytic activity was ascribed to the formation of a hierarchical flower-shaped microsphere structure and the heterostructure between Fe2O3 and Bi2MoO6, which effectively separated the ultrasound-induced electron–hole pairs and suppressed their recombination. Furthermore, a potential piezoelectric catalytic dye degradation mechanism of the Fe2O3−Bi2MoO6 catalyst was proposed based on the band potential and quenching effect of radical scavengers. The results demonstrated the potential of using Fe2O3−Bi2MoO6 nanocomposites in piezocatalytic applications.

开发具有高吸收和选择性的高效吸附剂用于从天然气中分离和回收C<sub>2sub>H<sub>6sub>和C<sub>3sub>H<sub>8sub>是一项重要但具有挑战性的任务。此外,MOF-303 也显示出很高的C2H6吸收能力(在10 kPa 时)和C<sub>2sub>H<sub>6sub>/CH<sub>4 sub>(10:85, V/C<sub>3sub>H<sub>8sub>和C<sub>2sub>H<sub>6sub>的亲和力,从而产生了对C<sub>3sub>H<sub>8sub>和C<sub>2sub>H<sub>6sub>的高负载能力和选择性。此外,这两种化合的合成都可以很容易地通过一锅反应来放大规模,从而获得约5 g 的高结晶度样品。

Effect of TiO

摘要: Membranes have attracted much attention as economical methods for industrial chemical processes. The effects of the titanium dioxide nanoparticle load on the morphology and CO /CH separation performance of poly (ether-block-amide) (PEBAX-1657) mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) were investigated from pressures of 3–12 bar and temperatures of 30°C–60°C. The PEBAX membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetric analysis, atomic force microscopy and tensile strength analysis. The incorporation of TiO nanoparticles into the polymeric MMMs improved the CO /CH gas separation performance (both the permeability and selectivity) of the membranes. The CO permeability and ideal CO /CH selectivity values of the nanocomposite membrane loaded with 8 wt-% TiO were 172.32 Barrer and 24.79, respectively whereas those of the neat membrane were 129.87 Barrer and 21.39, respectively.

Events and reaction mechanisms during the synthesis of an Al

摘要: An Al O -TiB nanocomposite was successfully synthesized by the high energy ball milling of Al, B O and TiO . The structures of the powdered particles formed at different milling times were evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Thermodynamic calculations showed that the composite formed in two steps via highly exothermic mechanically induced self-sustaining reactions (MSRs). The composite started to form at milling times of 9–10 h but the reaction was not complete. The remaining starting materials were consumed by increasing the milling time to 15 h. The XRD patterns of the annealed powders showed that aluminum borate is one of the intermediate products and that it is consumed at higher temperatures. Heat treatment of the 6-h milled sample at 1100 C led to a complete formation of the composite. Increasing the milling time to 15 h led to a refining of the crystallite sizes. A nanocomposite powder with a mean crystallite size of 35–40 nm was obtained after milling for 15 h.

Inexpensive synthesis of a high-performance Fe

摘要: A sol-gel technique has been developed for the synthesis of a magnetite-silica-titania (Fe O -SiO -TiO ) tertiary nanocomposite with improved photocatalytic properties based on the use of inexpensive titania and silica precursors. The exceptional photocatalytic activity of the resulting materials was demonstrated by using them to photocatalyze the degradation of methylene blue solution. The best formulation achieved 98% methylene blue degradation. An interesting feature of the present work was the ability to magnetically separate and reuse the catalyst. The efficiency of the catalyst remained high during two reuses. The synthesized nanomaterials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultra-violet-visible spectroscopy, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis. XRD analysis revealed the formation of multicrystalline systems of cubic magnetite and anatase titania crystals. SEM and TEM characterization revealed well-developed and homogeneously dispersed particles of size less than 15 nm. FTIR spectra confirmed the chemical interaction of titania and silica. It was further noticed that the optical properties of the prepared materials were dependent on the relative contents of their constituent metal oxides.

Fabrication of highly efficient Bi

摘要: Abstract • A novel Bi2WO6/CuS composite was fabricated by a facile solvothermal method. • This composite efficiently removed organic pollutants and Cr(VI) by photocatalysis. • The DOM could promoted synchronous removal of organic pollutants and Cr(VI). • This composite could be applied at a wide pH range in photocatalytic reactions. • Possible photocatalytic mechanisms of organic pollutants and Cr(VI) were proposed. A visible-light-driven Bi2WO6/CuS p-n heterojunction was fabricated using an easy solvothermal method. The Bi2WO6/CuS exhibited high photocatalytic activity in a mixed system containing rhodamine B (RhB), tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH), and Cr (VI) under natural conditions. Approximately 98.8% of the RhB (10 mg/L), 87.6% of the TCH (10 mg/L) and 95.1% of the Cr(VI) (15 mg/L) were simultaneously removed from a mixed solution within 105 min. The removal efficiencies of TCH and Cr(VI) increased by 12.9% and 20.4%, respectively, in the mixed solution, compared with the single solutions. This is mainly ascribed to the simultaneous consumption electrons and holes, which increases the amount of excited electrons/holes and enhances the separation efficiency of photogenerated electrons and holes. Bi2WO6/CuS can be applied over a wide pH range (2–6) with strong photocatalytic activity for RhB, TCH and Cr(VI). Coexisiting dissolved organic matter in the solution significantly promoted the removal of TCH (from 74.7% to 87.2%) and Cr(VI) (from 75.7% to 99.9%) because it accelerated the separation of electrons and holes by consuming holes as an electron acceptor. Removal mechanisms of RhB, TCH, and Cr(VI) were proposed, Bi2WO6/CuS was formed into a p-n heterojunction to efficiently separate and transfer photoelectrons and holes so as to drive photocatalytic reactions. Specifically, when reducing pollutants (e.g., TCH) and oxidizing pollutants (e.g., Cr(VI)) coexist in wastewater, the p-n heterojunction in Bi2WO6/CuS acts as a “bridge” to shorten the electron transport and thus simultaneously increase the removal efficiencies of both types of pollutants.
